Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
You can easily request a return or exchange by clicking the ‘Return / Exchange’ button under the respective order in your Elyssé Luxe account.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality check. You’ll be notified once your refund or exchange is confirmed.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn’t entered production.
